BEYOND THE VEIL- READINGS BY MAIJA

Many months after my Father-in-law Alan died, my Mother-in-law Margie was still having a hard time carrying out his final wishes. Alan wanted his ashes to be scattered in the ocean at their beloved beach club. Margie had a mental block, and just found herself unable to do it. She used the excuse that Alan’s grown children were  scattered geographically. 

Maija came and helped Margie and the family. It was clear she was communicating with Alan on the other side. His sarcastic wit was unique and was shown to us right away! Alan was upset, having made his final wishes clear. With Maija’s gentle instruction, Margie was able to spread some of his ashes on the tree they had planted together 4 decades prior. This simple, kind assistance was just what Margie needed to get over the hump. She gathered some of Alan’s children at their beach club to carry out his wish. When they released his remains to the ocean, a perfect silhouette of his smiling face was formed by his ashes!  

Alan also had a surprise for my husband Scott, his step-son. His children had taken all of his belongings months prior, but Maija told us he wanted Scott to have an old gold watch with a blue face. Margie walked into his empty closet with a hundred little drawers and found the overlooked vintage watch!  

We found Maija to be just what we needed at the right time. She was kind, easy going and extremely intuitive. We found the whole experience to be fascinating, calming, reassuring, funny and loving. It was a memorable exchange that we will never forget. We are so grateful for Maija’s expertise and assistance!

Ok, here’s the next one. It has been cathartic to put the stories into words.  

When my Mother-in-law Margie passed away suddenly of a stroke, I was distraught that I wasn’t able to say goodbye. I contacted Maija right away and she heard from Margie on the other side. She assured me that Margie hadn’t meant to check out like that with no warning, and that the she loved me.

It was just what I wanted and needed to hear. Of course I knew it, she always ended our conversations with I Love you. 

Some weeks later I stayed at Margie’s apartment one last time. I asked Maija to communicate with Margie. It was as if she was with us that evening. Her energy was so present as we laughed, shared stories, pictures and danced. Margie was twinkle toes as always, singing and dancing.  

Before Maija left, she told me that Margie had wanted to leave something for me, a trinket in a trinket box. I dismissed this because the family and I had been through the entire apartment. The next morning before I left I found the trinket box in an overlooked drawer. I gasped when I opened it and knew it was Margie’s gift to me from the afterlife. It was an antique silver tree broach, similar size and shape to the family tree I had just tattooed on my ankle! 

Once again, I never doubted Maija was in contact with Margie. She captured her words and her essence and relayed them in such a comforting way. My time with Maija and Margie gave me such peace. A reminder that just because it is the end of a life it is not the end of the relationship. We were able to have the good bye that I had craved. Gratitude Maija for a highly memorable experience!
